Patient reliable baby sitter

Hi! I’m looking for a reliable, long-term babysitter who is experienced with multiple children and comfortable working with kids on the autism spectrum. I have three children, and it’s important that the sitter is patient, nurturing, and understands how to support sensory needs, routines, and possible meltdowns. CPR/first aid certification and special needs experience are a big plus. Looking for someone who is dependable, calm, and truly loves working with kids.She must have a car and be willing to drive my kids to the pool. Not the 2 year old but the 2 boys yes. My mom will also b around the house but she is old and this is why I need an extra hand in starting a new job
