I live in Caldwell nj I need someone with experience patience, and understanding this is a 19 year-old boy that cannot do anything for himself. He is nonverbal. He is completely healthy but developmentally delayed he wears adult diapers he needs to be changed help in the bathroom is necessary necessary. I need someone to change change his post.
