my daughter is 3, she has a trach.. She receives 20 hours of nursing through bayada. My backup caregiver can no longer help me between nursing hours, so I am looking for help occasionally.. She is mobile and very active , high functioning. She has a trach and no vent .. she is really easy and just needs a babysitter who knows how to handle a trach..
