Looking for a caring, patient individual to care for my 7-year-old son in our home one to two days per week over the summer. Days are flexible between Monday–Thursday.

My son has combined-type ADHD and Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. While he appears healthy, he does have physical limitations, so this role requires someone who can ensure he stays active and engaged safely within those limits. I am unable to enroll him in a traditional summer camp for this reason.

Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, in-home care
Keeping him engaged through play and activities (within physical guidelines)
Preparing lunch and snacks
Supporting emotional regulation & understanding ADHD-related challenges
Being aware of physical restrictions and recognizing signs of potential medical concerns

Ideal candidate:
Patient, playful, and attentive
Comfortable following specific care guidelines
Able to support a child with emotional regulation needs
Comfortable with a medium-sized dog
