We need support on weekends – Fridays through Sundays (flexible hours, about 10–15 hours per week). It won’t be every Sunday, but we’d love someone who’s available consistently for weekend help and occasional date nights.

Responsibilities are simple: just spending time with him at home, playing, engaging in calm activities, and helping maintain his routine. No pick-ups, drop-offs, and minimal pet care. My son is mostly nonverbal but very expressive and responsive to gentle guidance. ABA experience or early childhood education is a plus, but not required.
