In search of nanny for newborn with heart defect

I am in search of a nanny to care for a 2-month old with a heart defect. We would like for the caregiver to be CPR-certified and have experience using feeding tubes as well. Job duties would include administering medicine daily, taking pulse ox reads, feeding, changing, and occasionally accompanying mom on doctor visits when dad is working.
