Special Needs Full-Time Caregiver Needed

I need someone to care for a special needs adult 21 years old full-time. I need someone to take him out to his activities and follow his schedule fully. He is an active adult.
Weekday Mornings: 7am to 9am
Weekday afternoons: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5pm to 10pm
Friday nights: 10pm to 7am
Saturday Afternoons: 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am
Sunday Mornings: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm
