We’re looking for a patient, reliable caregiver for our 12-year-old son. He has autism and struggles with emotional regulation, so he needs a calm, structured adult who can help him decompress after school and stay safe. He does best with predictable routines and clear expectations.

Schedule:

Wednesday–Friday, pickup from school and care until about 6:30 p.m.

Additional hours on school-closure days, scheduled in advance.

Care in your home is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Pick up from school (Henderson area).

Provide a safe, calm environment and general supervision.

No tutoring or complex activities required.

What We Provide:

All food, snacks, and drinks for him.

Entertainment, activities, or comfort items (tablet, books, etc.).

Anything else you need to make the routine smooth.

Ideal Fit:

Experience with autism, ADHD, or behavioral challenges is helpful.

Calm, patient personality who can stay composed on tougher days.

Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Mileage reimbursed for school pickup.
