Payout: $600 weekly. My mom is 99 years old and I am looking for an overnight home attendant. The individual must have overnight experience and able to address moms' needs through-out the night. Mom's arthritis is severe in her knees and sometimes her shoulders and so she needs help getting to the bathroom at times during the night. My mom is very straight forward so the care-giver would need to have thick-skin. My mom speaks her mind directly and has a clear mind. I'm looking for an overnight sitter in her room or just outside the bedroom.
