Description:
We are looking for a caring, patient, and reliable after-school babysitter for our 4-year-old daughter, who is bright, loving, and has Level 2 autism. The right person will be comfortable supporting her needs while encouraging her independence, play, and learning.

Responsibilities:
Pick up from bus or ABA therapy and take home (depending on schedule)
Provide a safe, calm, and engaging environment
Support her communication and social interaction using strategies we provide
Engage her in sensory-friendly and structured play activities
Assist with toileting as needed (NOT POTTY TRAINED)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 3pm-7pm (or less)
Occasional weekends if needed (not often, with advance notice)
Some flexibility with days/hours if discussed in advance

Qualifications:
Experience with young children, ideally with autism or other developmental differences
Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor
Ability to follow specific care routines and communication strategies
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
