1:1 Support Worker for Young Adult With Autism

- $30.00 per hour
We’re looking for a kind, energetic, and reliable 1:1 caregiver/companion to spend time out in the community with a wonderful young adult on the autism spectrum. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, exploring the city, and building a meaningful connection while supporting independence.
The role involves getting out and about together—taking public transportation, going on long walks, visiting parks, enjoying community activities, and catching the occasional movie. If you love being outside, are comfortable navigating NYC, and enjoy staying active, this could be a perfect fit.
We’re a warm, supportive family who truly values the people who work with us. Training is provided, and we’re happy to help you feel confident and prepared in the role. Hourly pay is competitive and based on experience.
If you’re patient, responsible, physically active, and excited about making a positive difference while exploring the city, we’d love to hear from you! ???
