Hi! Our son is 10 years old, autistic and non-verbal. If you have special needs experience, that's great, but we're also looking for someone who "gets" autistic kids. Also, because of both me and my wife's work situations, we need someone who can work every weekend, or rarely needs to take off. A bit about our house. We are very laid back, and don't expect you to jump through hoops. As long as our boy is happy and occupied, it's all good. If you're interested, we ask that you come for an in-person interview; seeing how our son takes to you is important. We may ask you to come with us on vacation, if you are able to.
