Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), provide bedside care and basic nursing procedures to patient under the supervision of a registered nurse. Assist nurses or physicians in the operation of medical equipment for patient care. Observe or examine patient to detect symptoms that may require medical attention. Follow health system guidelines and HIPAA to ensure accurate care. New Graduates welcome to apply!

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED/TASC required
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Attendant program
Current NYS License
Current BCLS/CPR preferred

Schedule
Open flexible 24 hours/7 days each week.
General shift availability:
Days (7a-3p or 8a-4p)
Evenings (3p-11p or 4p-12a)
Nights (11p-7a)

Requirements of the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

• Current CNA Certificate

• Resume

• Physical

• MMR & Varicella titers

• PPD or proof of chest X ray if positive

• 1 Personal reference letter, 1 Professional reference letter

• Original Social Security Card

• Original Non expired State Identification

• Original Proof of Citizenship / Immigration (Example of documents: Birth Cert, Green Card, Resident)
