We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic care provider to support our 19-year-old son with special needs.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about helping individuals engage with their community and enjoy meaningful experiences.
Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one support and supervision.
* Plan and participate in community outings and recreational activities.
* Encourage social interaction, independence, and skill development.
* Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as needed.
* Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment at all times.
Qualifications
* Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or special needs is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
* Outgoing, patient, reliable, and positive personality.
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
