Help with Elderly Parkinson's Father

Hello,
I am looking for Professional Caretaker help me with my Elderly Parkinson's Father. He is in the advanced stages and I will need help with getting him out of bed and into bed at night. Help with going to the bathroom and getting him dressed.
He is not mobile and needs to be supported when walking. I will need someone strong to support me for a few days. He is in New York so I am looking for help in Middletown NY 10940.
The dates are Friday May 22nd- Tuesday May 26th. Morning 10am, Afternoon 3pm and Evening 8pm.
