Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include providing patient, structured, and attentive care for our two boys (ages 6 & 10), creating a safe and stimulating environment tailored to their unique special needs. The role involves engaging in creative, adaptive activities, using non-verbal communication methods to engage our loving 6-year-old and mischievous 10-year-old. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have verifiable experience working with children with special needs, specifically hearing impairment, intellectual/learning disabilities, and motor skill challenges. Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is highly preferred. We are seeking a reliable, resilient, and nurturing individual who is exceptionally patient, creative in communication, and physically active enough to keep up with two boys.
