Hello!

We are seeking a calm, reliable after-school sitter for our 13-year-old son.
Hours are Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM–7:30 PM.

Our son is on the autism spectrum and does best with consistency, patience, and clear routines. He is verbal and independent in many ways, but can be very internal and benefits from a sitter who is comfortable engaging gently, following structure, and offering support when needed.

Responsibilities include:
After-school supervision and safety
Preparing simple meals and snacks
Supporting daily routines and transitions
Light assistance with personal care as needed
Creating a calm, supportive environment

Experience with autism or special needs is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is comfortable, confident, and kind - not overwhelmed by quiet moments or slower connection-building.

Consistency and reliability are very important to our family.
