I’m looking for a reliable, patient, and caring nanny/caregiver to help with my 5-year-old daughter. She is autistic and has some developmental and speech delays, so I would prefer someone who has experience working with children with autism or other special needs. She is sweet, playful, and loving, but may need extra patience with communication, transitions, and staying focused on activities.

I’m looking for someone who can provide a safe, calm, and supportive environment while helping with playtime, meals/snacks, learning activities, and her normal daily routine. I would also love someone who can encourage communication, independence, and age-appropriate skills through play.

Reliability and good communication are very important to me. I’m looking for someone I can trust and hopefully build a consistent, long-term relationship with rather than someone who is only available occasionally.
