We’re seeking a dependable, proactive family assistant to support a busy family of six in Cincinnati. The role combines after-school care for four children, including a child with autism, with weekly meal prep, household organization, errands, and family logistics. The ideal person is warm, engaging, highly organized, and able to take initiative while providing calm, structured support tailored to each child’s needs. Experience supporting autistic or neurodivergent children is important. This is a part-time position of approximately 15–20 hours per week, with Tuesday–Thursday afternoon availability required and some flexibility for daytime household support.
