My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 1.5 years ago. During her journey, she’s had some highs and lows. More recently her cancer spread to her brain requiring surgery. She recovered well and things were looking up. Unfortunately, her head wound got infected and she was recently brought to the hospital and had surgery this week. This time around we weren’t so lucky. Her surgery was successful the infection in and around the brain caused some temporary problems. These include speech issues, short term memory issues, and general confusion. We’re only 3 days removed from surgery and there is a lot still unknown.

I’m looking for someone to come into our home to be with Katie while I’m at work. We have 2 kids - ages 10 and 11 and they’re in school full time. I leave for work around 8 and get home around 5. I’m looking for someone to be in the home with her during this time to assist her. We can discuss more over the phone.
