My son is 3½ years old and has autism. He is currently nonverbal and communicates through gestures, facial expressions, leading adults to what he wants, and other nonverbal cues. He thrives with patience, routine, and clear expectations. He may need extra support with communication, transitions, and expressing his needs. He is a loving, curious child who enjoys exploring his interests and learns best in a structured, supportive environment. We are looking for caregivers who are understanding, attentive, and experienced with children who have developmental differences.
