Wife was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and lupus disease, she suffers from chronic migraine disorder & sciatica already alongside having heart palpitations every now and then. Some days are better than others but it’s hard for me to be there for her as I am our only income. I would need someone from time to time to just come check up on her & possibly be with the kiddos for a little while until she can get up & going for the day.
