Occasional weekend baby sitter

Looking for a weekend baby sitter to take care of our 4 year old daughter with ASD and our 8 month old son. ABA skills are a plus but not required. Frequency is once every weekend or every other week, 4-6h each. Me and my wife might be home at the same time to take care of home/garden projects. Must be comfortable with dogs (1 Corgi, 1 Border Collie). Dogs can be kept outside if needed.
