Personal Support Worker needed for neurodiverse teen

Transportation and after school activity help needed.
Our daughter is a neurodiverse person, one aspect is executive dysfunction, which cause barriers with public transportation use.
We are looking for a kind and trustworthy person to pick her up after school and drive her home. Her High School is in NE Portland, and our home is in central Milwaukie, about a 30 minute drive. With some time and trust, the position may expand to some after-school activity coordination.
Schedule: After school flexibility is needed. Pickup is at 3:30pm. Monday-Friday ideal but flexible if not all days are open for you.
Required: Personal Support Worker credentials open to working with Clackamas County Developmental Disabilities Program. Safe vehicle & good driving record required. Time + gas reimbursement. Door to door.
