We're looking for a caregiver for our nearly 13-year-old son in Canonsburg, PA. He has autism and ADHD and communicates in simple 1-2 word phrases. He does best with consistency and someone who takes time to really know him. Schedule: School days 3-6PM, non-school weekdays 9AM-6PM, extended coverage during vacations. Wednesdays end at 7 p.m. for a therapy appointment. Ability to travel for a yearly Disney World trip for a week and provide care for 2-3 days, all expenses paid, a plus. Candidates must be comfortable with meltdowns, elopement risk, and physical intervention. DSP, behavior tech, or paraprofessional experience strongly preferred.
