Morning Routine Help for Sweet 41 Year Old Man with Down Syndrome

We are looking for morning routine help for my 41 year old brother who has Down Syndrome. He is generally very independent but needs assistance with meals (juice in the morning and hot dogs for lunch) and with reminders to change his clothes, and occasional assistance with showering. We're looking for help 4 days a week (3 week days while I'm in the office and Saturdays as well). Hours would be approximately 9am-11:30am. Experience with people with disabilities preferred.
