We're a family in Havertown looking for a reliable caregiver or educator to provide one on one daytime care and learning support for our 3 year old son Cody. We are considering this as an alternative to his current preschool setting. Cody is curious, active, loves tools, trucks and hands-on activities. He has age appropriate learning skills and does best with predictable routines and structure, as well as one on one attention. He has an IEP for social-emotional developmental needs and struggles with impulse control, sensory regulation and interaction with others than occasionally result in hitting, pinching, etc. We are looking for someone with experience dealing with preschool aged children as well as kids with developmental/behavioral needs, or a background in special education. We would also love someone who can collaborate with his early intervention team. Thanks!
