Looking for an experienced babysitter for our 10- and-a-half-year-old daughter.

You don't need to be a nurse but must be comfortable taking care of a medically complex child. She is, developmentally, like a 1-and-a-half-year- old. She is mostly non-verbal and uses diapers. Although she can sit on her own, she can't walk or crawl, so you need to be able to lift 55 Ibs of dead weight. She does not exhibit any violent behavior toward herself or others.

I will train you on administering feedings and meds. Our daughter loves people and has a great personality. Her laugh is infectious. You must be able to reliably get yourself here on time (you don't have to drive her anywhere), be a non-smoker, and be comfortable with cats. We will need you at least 3 days a week, 4 hours each day.
