We are primarily looking for a person who is trustworthy and can handle caring for a special needs toddler. Our son has a rare genetic disorder, and we would love to find someone who can grow with our family long-term. We also have 5 year-old twins, who are already fairly self sufficient, but would be added in the mix occasionally as well!
