Our family is in search of a home health aide to help care for my father. He has suffered multiple strokes and was recently discharged from hospital on home care/hospice. He needs to be repositioned every 2 hours, some wound care (that's improving), foley care, and ideally some light rehab/mobility help to supplement.

Someone who has a nursing background would be preferred. Hours and days are flexible.
