My 5-year old grandson lives with us. He has been diagnosed as on the autism spectrum. Lately he has become very resistant to following instructions and insists on doing what he wants when he wants. This has led repeatedly to screaming meltdowns, particularly about bedtime and going to school. We need coaching on how best to get him to do what he is told. I have no idea what an appropriate hourly rate would be.
