Someone who will care for our son with Autism

- $17.00 per hour
Our son is very bright and inquisitive and asks a ton of questions. He is a sweet soul, but can have a very rough time following directions and simple requests.
He needs someone who can understand his limitations and see all of his possibilities.
He is extremely schedule oriented and requires it to be followed because if there is any changes it can throw him off.
We need a understanding person with a semi flexible schedule.
Caregiver schedule will be different every week. It will depend on our work schedules and commitments.
