Our family is looking for an overnight caregiver for our infant twins with special needs. While we wikk also have nursing hours, we would like to find someone that is willing to learn, nurturing, responsible, reliable and willing to work on therapy goals with our twins. Many responsibilities are just common things with infants. We also would like to find someone willing to pick up and learn basic sign language that one of our twins will be using. We are willing to even cover the cost of online classes for this. Our daughters are pure joy and we want a caregiver that sees that joy in them rather than their special needs.
