We are looking for a patient, dependable, and caring caregiver for our 6-year-old autistic son. He is a sweet, curious child who loves numbers, colors, letters, and the outdoors & his swimming pool. We want someone who is kind, calm, playful, and experienced with children on the autism spectrum or willing to learn and follow his routine with care and consistency.

The ideal caregiver understands sensory sensitivities, can help with gentle redirection, and creates a safe, positive environment. Experience with autism, speech delays, or neurodivergent children is a big plus. We value someone who is reliable, communicative, and genuinely enjoys working with children.

Responsibilities may include playing with him, helping with snacks/meals, assisting with simple routines, and keeping him engaged in activities he enjoys. He does best with calm energy, patience, and caregivers who are attentive and understanding.

We also have two teen siblings who may occasionally need transportation assistance to and from school or activities, so reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are important.

We are hoping to find someone long-term who can become a trusted part of our family. Non-smokers preferred. Competitive pay based on experience.
