We are looking for compassionate, dependable team members who are passionate about supporting adults with special needs in a sensory-friendly environment. Ideal candidates are patient, energetic, and committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where participants can learn, grow, and thrive.

Selected candidates will work directly with adults with disabilities as part of the Gathering program at The Sensory Club Austin. Strong candidates may be considered for team lead opportunities.

All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check. Candidates must currently hold CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it prior to their start date.
