Respite care

John is a 38 years and is Austic. He is also a type one diabetic on insulin. I am a widower and need someone to help with respite care. I am a breast cancer survivor and just finished radiation treatments. I have several doctors appointments and John does not always want to go with me. I also need someone that he can stay with safely when I need a break. We have a 2 year old Lab for John.
