assistance with caring for 78 y/o male; 172 lbs, 5'9"; diagnosed w/ brain tumor. has mobility issues due to tumor location; speech is slow/delayed but able to communicate needs; he has good appetite and eats well; needs assistance to avoid falls when transferring to couch, bed, toilet, shower; assistance w/ bathing is required; also need assistance w/ transportation to/from Dr appts. will need assistance getting down/up 3-4 steps; mostly gets around in wheelchair. Lives w/ wife/spouse - she is able to drive and handle medication and other needs, but does not have the strength to handle his weight/height.
