Part-Time Special Needs Caregiver Needed (Flexible Schedule)

Seeking a dependable, patient caregiver for my 8-year-old son, TJ, who is autistic and thrives with structure, routine, and positive support.

This is a flexible, as-needed position rather than a full-time nanny role. Support may be needed during summer, school breaks, occasional evenings/weekends, and periodic work travel.

Responsibilities may include:

* Transporting TJ to and from therapy appointments, camps, and activities
* Supporting daily routines using visual schedules
* Supervising and engaging him in age-appropriate activities
* Encouraging independence and positive behavior
* Providing occasional childcare during parent work travel
* Communicating updates and concerns as needed

About TJ:
TJ is bright, energetic, funny, and engaging. He enjoys technology, games, outdoor activities, and creative play. He responds best to caregivers who are calm, consistent, and encouraging.

Ideal candidate:

* Experience with autism, ADHD, special needs, education, ABA, therapy, or childcare
* Reliable transportation and clean driving record
* Patient, dependable, and proactive
* Comfortable using visual schedules and structured routines
* CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
