Needing a sitter for 2 boys

I need a sitter for 2 kids ages 9 and 8. My 9 year old is nonverbal on the spectrum and is pretty self sufficient. I would only need someone to watch them while I work Monday-Friday. 8am to 4pm. It will need to be in their home, I will provide all food and snacks and extra clothes in case of accidents
