We are seeking part-time evening support for our daughter with Rett Syndrome. This evening job is usually shared between a few individuals. For the past years, we have used Prairie View nursing students, but, changes in their curriculum has us looking to new sources.
Our daughter has NO activities of daily living and needs support with exercises, toileting, showering, feeding and interacting. She uses a computer to speak (when she is in the mood), but, she is expressive. We will train on the exercises and movement.
We will add 1-2 people into our rotation depending on the numbers of students that will stay for the spring.
