WE are looking for an as needed babysitter for our 7-year-old daughter who has Down syndrome and wears cochlear implants. She is able to hear at a normal hearing level but is severely delayed in her oral communication so uses primarily sign language and gestures to communicate. knowledge of even basic sign language would be very helpful. She is very independent and but would need help with meal preparation and dressing at times. She is fully potty trained but may need a reminder to use the bathroom if it has been a while. Transportation needs are not likely but may be needed on occasion. CPR and First Aid required.
