We are seeking a reliable, patient, and playful caregiver to work with our 2½-year-old daughter who has speech delay. This is not traditional babysitting/nanny — it is structured play interaction to help build communication and social skills. You will be trained and given a simple checklist to follow.

Schedule• 3 days per week• 4 hours per visit (12 hours/week total)• Flexible weekday daytime or early evening

Responsibilities• Floor-based play and interaction• Follow structured communication activities• Encourage eye contact, imitation, and simple words• No housekeeping required beyond toy cleanup.
You should be comfortable working with toddlers with developmental delay

Important Qualities• Warm, patient, and engaging• Willing to learn and follow instructions• Minimal phone use during sessions• Consistent attendance

Training will be provided — you should be willing to engage and play intentionally.
