Looking for a Registered Behavior Technician for 6 year old autistic child

Hello,
I am a new grad nurse starting working very soon and I’m looking for someone who can stay with my son in the mornings from 6:15am and drop him off at school by 9am. It’s an alternating weekly schedule so one week would be Monday, Tuesday and Friday and the following week would be Wednesday and Thursday. I will pick up shifts often so would need someone flexible. On those same dates would need someone to pick him up from school (as well as my 3 year old) and drop them off to my husband at home.
