We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and attentive individual to care for our 2-year-old child with medical complexities in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, therapy, or working with children or individuals with disabilities, including developmental delays. This role requires someone patient, proactive, and confident in providing both nurturing care and support with medical or therapeutic needs. At times parents may also be home, creating a more collaborative environment rather than having sole responsibility the entire time.

Must be CPR certified (or willing), non-smoking, and comfortable around pets. Reliable transportation is required. Light housekeeping related to the child is appreciated. Additional hours may be available depending on your availability. Additional pay such as bonus, paid sick, vacation and holiday pay available with long term hire.
