We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and firm caregiver for our 20-year-old daughter with autism, depression, and OCD. This role involves providing companionship and helping her build and maintain consistent daily routines that include personal care, exercise, and keeping her space clean. You'll support her in getting out for social activities and encouraging independence while offering gentle, respectful guidance. Experience with neurodivergent individuals is preferred. The right candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to set clear boundaries with kindness. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our family are essential.
