After School care

I am looking for a consistent after school Nanny for my 2 children. Pick up from school required. Care to be provided in our home.
My youngest is 6, in 1st grade, and is Autistic and nonverbal. We are working on potty training, however he is in underwear 95% of the time. Pull ups only at bed time. Would need assistance with toileting and showering.
My oldest is 9 and she is in 3rd grade. Pretty independent. Snack prep and homework help is required. We have 2 cats, we do not require you to do anything for the animals, just be aware that they are there.
