I have a two year old daughter with a speech and feeding delay whom I need a backup sitter for on an as needed basis. She has a main babysitter but if either her sitter or family is sick, I need a backup sitter to fill in for her. I work on a hybrid 3 day in office 2 days wfh schedule and my husband works varied hours as an Electrician. I need someone who can be super flexible and reliable with the hours we need and someone who is experienced and extremely patient with working with children who have speech and feeding delays. She is non verbal (may be Autistic) and struggles with eating solid foods (spits out food most of the time)
