Part-Time Caregiver/Nanny Needed
Pay is 20$ an hour but will go up to 22$ and hour after 90 days if we all feel it's a good fit!

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver for our 4-year-old son, Finn.

Finn has Level 3 Autism, developmental delays, and medical needs including a GJ tube and AAC communication device. Experience with autism, special needs, therapy, education, nursing, or caregiving is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person on his specific needs.

Finn is a sweet, affectionate little boy who loves being outdoors, water play, walks, music videos, sensory toys, and spending time with people he trusts.

Important things to know:

- Constant supervision is required.
- He has no sense of danger and may run unexpectedly.
- Water safety is extremely important.
- He communicates primarily through an AAC device, gestures, and nonverbal communication.
- He can become overwhelmed and have meltdowns but does best with patience, structure, and consistency.
- Assistance with daily care and monitoring is needed.

We are hoping to find someone who is comfortable helping with outings, community activities, appointments, and occasional family events when extra support is needed.

Schedule is approximately 1:00–5:00 PM on weekdays, with some flexibility needed during July and August for evening soccer activities.
