Morning Caregiver Needed (Special Needs Experience Required) – School Prep + Drop-Off – Alexandria (22308)

- $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
We are looking for a reliable, experienced caregiver to help with our two children (ages 11 and 8) in the mornings before school.
Our 8-year-old son has ADHD and mild autism and needs support with:
• Morning routine (getting dressed, breakfast, staying on task)
• Transitions and time management
• Occasional emotional regulation support
Our ideal candidate:
• Has experience with ADHD and/or autism (required)
• Is patient, structured, and dependable
• Has experience with visual schedules, prompts, or executive functioning support
• Is comfortable driving children to school (clean driving record required)
Bonus (not required but strongly preferred):
• Background in education, special education, ABA, or therapy
• Familiarity with Orton-Gillingham or structured literacy

• Schedule: Weekday mornings (approx. 6:30/7:00 AM – school drop-off)
