Looking for a reliable, caring sitter for my son. He has special support needs (on the autism spectrum) and currently receives ABA services. I'm looking for someone with availability for evening and weekend coverage.

Schedule is flexible with the exact days/times to be worked out based on availability. Looking for someone who can commit to a recurring schedule, not just one-off shifts.

I'm looking for:
Experience with autism or other developmental/sensory needs (required)
Comfortable with redirection techniques, sensory tools, and following a simple routine/communication plan, I'll provide
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
Reliable and communicative

Nice to have:
Experience with RBT, special ed, or respite care background
Own transportation
References from families with similar needs
